Starting with the base spirit all our cocktails have the ingredients listed on the can. The drinks are a mix of spirits, botanical extracts, natural flavourings & sweeteners, bitters, and some carbonation to add some depth and texture.
To make the liquid clear in a ready-to-drink cocktail, we use distillation and filtration. Spirits and ingredients are distilled to ensure purity. Then, the mixture undergoes fine filtration, This process results in a crystal-clear liquid, preserving the cocktail's taste and visual appeal.
Yes, all Ghost Labs cocktails are vegan and gluten-free. We ensure that our ingredients and processes adhere to these dietary requirements.
Each Ghost Labs drink ranges from 120 calories to 130 calories per can.
Ghost Labs is committed to sustainability. We use recyclable packaging, source our ingredients from sustainable suppliers, and implement eco-friendly practices in our production process. We are continuously seeking ways to reduce our environmental footprint. Our signature aluminium cans are infinitely recyclable.
Ghost Labs cocktails have an alcohol content of 5% ABV, making them perfect to drink & not sip.
Store our cocktails in a cool, dark place, preferably in the refrigerator.

You must be of legal drinking age to order Ghost Labs cocktails. Age verification will be required upon purchase, or you might be asked to sign for your parcel on delivery.

A standard order on day 1 will dispatch day 2 for delivery day 3. Expedited shipping is an option at checkout We ship using DHL and you will get an email and text notification with tracking details.
We deliver across the UK via DHL. They are sent on a 2-3 Day Delivery service operating Monday – Friday only. Orders need to be placed via our website before 2pm each day anything after will be sent the following working day. We offer a Saturday Express delivery service at a premium cost which is advertised during checkout. Please note during busy periods a next day delivery service may not be possible and this can alter to 2-3 days. Please note some UK postcodes are affected by the next day delivery terms.

If a cocktail box arrives and it or the contents are damaged, please contact us at hello@weareghostlabs.com within seven (7) days of receipt of the cocktail box. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any product or packaging which you are dissatisfied, which we will notify you of via email and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund / replacement. Any replacement may be for individual cocktails or the entire cocktail box at our expense or a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for the cocktail / cocktail box. If we choose to provide a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Yes, we offer catering and bulk supply options for events. Please contact us with details about your event, and we will be happy to assist you with your requirements.
We are open to sponsorship opportunities for events that align with our brand values. Please reach out to us with your proposal, and we will review it.
Ghost Labs stores all the order information for each order you've placed with us. This will be stored on our system unless told otherwise.Any email addresses included in an order will also have been stored with us - but will only ever be used for direct contact purposes. We don't store any bank or credit card information for security reasons.
